would anyone be interested in commissions?

because ngl after seeing the new pokemon game i REALLY NEED TO BUY A 3DS but jfc those are expensive and all my money i have currently goes to gas food and school soooooo

what are the odds people would commission me?  should i make a price list?  WHAT SHOULD I EVEN CHARGE?
